The prices in real estate in Living Legends, in the Dubai region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.

This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of AED 6,202.25 to AED 654.5 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Living Legends (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for February is AED 1,562,579. During March the price had a slight fall till AED 1,463,054. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable increase of 145 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 135 % during the last two months.

At a price of AED 2,426,250 they are 75 % more affordable than the average price for Living Legends. Based on the bedrooms values, properties with the lowest prices are those with 3 bedrooms.
