The price per sq.feet in Abu Dhabi has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During January, the average price per sq.feet was AED 1,129. The following month the price decreased to AED 1,034 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from AED 1,081.5 to AED 1,080.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of AED 1,081 to AED 1,119 during May and June.
