The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from AED 1,160 to AED 1,137 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of AED 1,148.5 to AED 1,099.5 during January and February.
