The average price in the Dubai region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Dubai has increased in the last 6 months. During February, the average price per sq.feet was AED 2,526. The following month (March) the price had a considerable deflation reaching AED 2,028 per sq.feet. The following two months (April, May) there has been a deflation of 95 % in the price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant increase of 171 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of AED 2,214.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of AED 3,777 per sq.feet for the last two months (June, July).
Based upon to the price in Dubai(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for February the average price is AED 2,261,315. During March it went through a strong inflation reaching AED 2,778,218 The average price for the following two months (April, May) increased from AED 2,519,766.5 to AED 2,735,182. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from AED 2,627,474.25 to AED 2,709,249 during June and July.
