In March the price pretty much stayed the same at AED 1,167 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from AED 1,146.5 to AED 1,101.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of AED 1,124 to AED 1,087.5 during June and July.
